Carbone Opens October 6 at Atlantis The Royal
One of the most talked-about restaurant launches of 2025 — Carbone Dubai — is officially opening its doors on Monday, October 6 at Atlantis The Royal, Palm Jumeirah.
This edition brings the famed New York–style Italian-American dining experience to Dubai, with a nod to the 1950s glamour era. Expect dramatic interiors, velvet textures, elegant art & glass mirrors, and even a massive jellyfish tank wallas a striking focal point.
Carbone’s menu will feature beloved signatures such as Spicy Rigatoni, Linguini Vongole, Veal Parmesan, Caesar alla ZZ, and more. Service will match the style — tuxedo-clad waiters, theatrical moments, and an elevated ambiance.
Operating hours are set from 6 PM to 11:30 PM daily.

Yù & Mì to Debut This October in Downtown
Joining Dubai’s culinary wave this month is Yù & Mì, a new Chinese restaurant & bar concept located on the 36th floorof the Mandarin Oriental Downtown Dubai.
The concept is split in two — Yù (jade) will operate as an ambient bar pouring tea- and botanical-infused cocktails, while Mì (discreet), a more intimate dining room, will focus on Cantonese and Sichuan cuisine.
With its 1960s Hong Kong inspiration, expect moody lighting, skyline views, a stylish retro edge, and a sensory experience that merges culinary and visual storytelling.
