Dubai never slows down. From record-breaking hotels to chef-driven dining rooms and new beachfront hangouts, the city keeps dropping fresh places faster than most people can keep up.
To make things simple, here are four of the most exciting new openings in Dubai right now – all recently launched or just about to fully switch into high gear.

1. CARBONE Dubai – New York Icon Lands at Atlantis The Royal

Where: Atlantis The Royal, Palm Jumeirah

One of New York’s most famous Italian-American restaurants has officially arrived in Dubai. CARBONE Dubai is now open at Atlantis The Royal, bringing its bold red-sauce energy, theatrical service and big-personality dishes to the Palm.

Expect all the classics that made the brand globally famous – think spicy rigatoni, veal parm, tableside salad moments and old-school NYC vibe – but reimagined with the kind of scale and drama you’d expect from Atlantis The Royal. The space is designed to feel glamorous yet slightly retro, with low lighting, polished silverware and a dining room that gets louder and livelier as the night goes on.

Why go: It’s one of those “everyone will be talking about it” openings – perfect for celebrations, big group dinners and anyone who loves that cinematic, old-school restaurant feel.

2. KIGO – Omakase and Kaiseki in the Heart of DIFC

Where: Four Seasons Hotel DIFC

For something more intimate and elevated, KIGO has quietly become one of the most serious Japanese openings of the year. Located inside Four Seasons Hotel DIFC, the restaurant focuses on two traditional formats: omakase at the counter and multi-course kaiseki menus.

Created by Fundamental Hospitality with chef Izu Ani and led by chefs Akinori “Aki” Tanigawa and Daihachiro Ebata, KIGO is all about seasonality and precision. The menu shifts with the Japanese seasons – from winter crab to delicate summer fish – and every course is designed to feel like a fleeting moment you experience once and never quite the same way again.

The room itself is minimal, calm and beautifully crafted, with a sleek counter and soft lighting that keeps the focus on the food and the chefs.

Why go: It’s one of the strongest openings for serious food people – perfect if you want a “Tokyo-level” experience without leaving DIFC.

Where: Ciel Dubai Marina (world’s tallest hotel)

Dubai Marina just got a new showpiece. Tattu Dubai Sky Lounge crowns the upper levels of Ciel Dubai Marina, which is set to be the world’s tallest hotel. The concept combines contemporary Chinese-inspired cuisine, a dramatic design language and views that pretty much do the talking.

Think 360-degree skyline panoramas, a sky-high infinity pool, sculptural interiors and a soundtrack that builds from sunset drinks into full late-night lounge mode. By day, you’ll find afternoon tea and elevated sharing dishes; by night, tasting menus, à la carte signatures and cocktails on the terrace.

Why go: This is a “take people from out of town and blow their minds” type of place – ideal for date nights, celebrations and those Instagram-heavy evenings.

4. The MAINE Palm & Canary Beach – Double Beach Club Action at Club Vista Mare

Where: Club Vista Mare, Palm Jumeirah
Palm Jumeirah’s beachfront lineup has levelled up with two sister concepts side-by-sideThe MAINE Palm and Canary Beach at Club Vista Mare.

From the team behind The MAINE and Canary Club, the new venues split into two personalities:

  • Canary Beach – a laid-back, West Coast-inspired beach spot with sun-loungers, an easygoing soundtrack and sharing plates built around sushi, crudo and ceviche.

  • The MAINE Palm – a more polished, East Coast-leaning brasserie feel with strong seafood, grills and that signature MAINE atmosphere.

Together, they turn this stretch of the Palm into an all-day hangout: brunch, sun, sunset drinks and nighttime energy in one run.

Why go: Perfect for weekend beach days that naturally roll into evening plans without ever having to leave the venue.
